Switch Science Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Switch Science, Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Shigeru Kanamoto) has released M5Stack's new product "M5Stamp C3" series at the Switch Science web shop. (Headquarters: Shenzhen, China) will be on sale from October 21, 2021, the same day. The M5Stamp C3 is a stamp-sized module powered by the Espressif ESP32-C3 RISC-V MCU for IoT edge devices with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 (LE) capabilities. This time, we will start selling two types of "M5Stamp C3 (5pcs)" with 5 pieces and "M5Stamp C3 Mate" which is a set of pin headers.




The "M5Stamp C3" is based on a 32-bit RISC-V microcomputer and operates at a maximum frequency of 160 MHz. With 400 KB of internal RAM and 4 MB of flash, it can be used for a variety of use cases.


Full-featured Bluetooth(R) 5.0 long-range (LR), including long-range and mesh network functions, to build devices for buildings with high usability and wide coverage areas can do.


Combining RSA-3072-based Secure Boot and AES-128-XTS-based Flash Encryption for industrial IoT such as collecting sensor data in factories and buildings Provides more secure Bluetooth security than traditional M5Stack in equipment.

In addition, the enclosure with superior heat resistant plastic supports high operating temperatures.
